By actively selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form, you freely and specifically authorise Hangzhou Sumate Trading Co., Ltd. to process the information described below for after-sales support.
Data and purpose
The data consists of the internal product number, installation date, uploaded product/installation image, optional repair shop business name, selected language, submission and consent details, and limited security logs. It is used to verify installation, respond to the service request, investigate quality issues and protect the service.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent applies until the purpose is fulfilled and normally no longer than 180 days after the service case is resolved. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing jay@sumaterus.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
Image confirmation
You separately confirm that the image contains no license plate, face, document, contact information, address or other personal data, and that you have the right to upload it.
